Stered in industry

STERED construction material can be preferably used in already existing applied products as an alternative to the used acoustic absorption components on the base of mineral wool, rock wool, or of recycled crumb rubber. STERED according to its structural, physical-mechanical and acoustic absorption capacity allows new solutions to the structure of the original product.

Make use of quality materials in the automotive industry, from which was born STERED

· Reduction of diffuse noise in the production areas – Dlα = 13-20 dB
· High sound absorption coefficient α = 1
· Prevent noise leakage to the external environment – by increasing the sound insulation envelope Rw’ = 27 dB
· Vibration and vibration noise damping – track vibration mats

The objectives and limits for the work environment determines the EU Directive 2003/10 / EC on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (noise) and Directive 2002/44 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 June 2002 on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (vibration).
